Apart from home healthy eating practices are most probably cost more, therefore people loves to preferred more nutritional value with less cost. So the above food list consists of some better collection of healthy foods which delivers more nutritional value with better taste and preference.

Several of your 'meals' weren't. A dish of vegetables, while tasty, does not constitute a meal.

There are several of these that you could eat as a main dish or even as the whole meal, but carrots or green beans alone does not make a meal. Also, of the "meals" all I saw was chicken or sausage. There are lots of meals you can make for right around $2.00 per person that is healthy food, and has a little variety. Not impressed with their list.
