Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 6-ounce container Light Very Vanilla yogurt or French Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen*
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, frozen banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • *Note: To freeze banana, peel and slice banana. Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap. Freeze about 1 hour or until firm.
